Our courses are open to everyone. We don't perform and show it's just about well-being. It is actually a de-learning which aims to rediscover the joy of moving in a relaxed and supple body with a serene mind. The best way to learn is to come and immerse yourself in this particular environment, the first lesson is gratis. No specific equipment or special skills are required: simply loose clothing and flat soled shoes, a sweater (in spring and autumn) and a little curiosity. We practice outside when weather allows it.
The type draft of a course is as follows :
Preparatory exercises awaken the body gently
Practice of the fundamentals (posture, technical leg / arm / body movements)
Studies of the forms at different levels (biomechanic, breathing, circulation of breath, applications, intention, mood)
Some explanations to understand the direction of movement (extracts of the Chinese classics, highlighted by a trip energy characteristic of each style, etc.).
